Windows Installer version (msiexec) 04 December 2007 21:26

I see that the Offline Update uses KB893803 which is Windows
Installer 3.1 v2.  Are there plans to incorporate KB 927891 v3 -
reliability update for MSIEXEC.exe/msi.dll?

I searched the whole update folder structure, but did not see any
reference to the v3 reliability update.  I do see where
WindowsUpdateAgent30-x86.exe is the correct version.  I was currious
if this is causing any issues for anyone since it is a 2 step instal
process and the 2 components rely on each other.

Is there a way to add this KB927891 or other updates manually similar
to the way they are excluded?
