Offline Update

Home-made Service Pack

Just downloaded it and gave it a try. Unpacked ctupdate4.zip and
launched UpdateGenerator.exe I selected XP english only and proceeded
with the download.
Things started working until I go the following error:

Could not create the 'MSXML2.DOMDocument.4.0' object.  Make sure that
MSXML vers
ion 4.0 is correctly installed on the machine.

ERROR: Download failure.

I have MSXML 6.0 installed. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and that
did not help. Do I really have to down-grade to 4.0 to get this stuff
to work?

I see no installation tip in the history.txt Anything else I can try?

My system is XP Pro + SP2 + all security fixes via Windows Update.
