That's impossible.

To clean an infected system, run an AV scanner from a live CD
(BartPE, UBCD, ...), or better, rebuild it from scratch and patch it
(using c't offline update, ...) before reconnecting it to the
network.

Why not download all patches on the known good computer and then
update the unpatched one using a CD or USB drive? That's what c't
offline update is for...
