Hmmm.
Please ensure that you're using a clean v. 4.80 and no version
mixture. In the case of your erroneous effect, please check if
...\exclude\ExcludeList-wxp-x86.txt has 2323 lines (18.639 Bytes).
Using v. 4.80, my directory ...\client\wxp\enu contains 23 files
(388.845.064 bytes) after downloading.
