CT Update 4.80 - Still downloads/ includes in iso old hotfixes prior sp3? 10 May 2008 11:49

Tried the new CT Update 4.80 and was expecting it to clear up the xp
client folder (i.e. remove) SP2 and prior hotfixes and only then
create ISO with IE7 + hotfixs plus SP3 but did not and ended up with
ISO 1.3GB.  

Tried carrying out from brand new install of 4.80 and still
downloaded old xp hotfixes back to 2004.  

Is this a glitch or has it been left in for clients not yet going to
SP3.  Thoughts/advice be helpful
